Get at least three people and no more than ten to T.P. When there is a lot of people it tends to get noisy. When it gets noisy, the homeowners may wake up. One can't forget to look out for the cops because it is after curfew, and they will talk to the parents. The third and final thing to remember is how to throw the toilet paper.
