.... this might be a good idea but for a person who does not like to socialize as much his could be a nightmare. I think the biggest advantage in co-housing is the sense of security. It could mean more eyes are watching your property. Co-op’s are much cheaper than private houses. You can find a co-op in a neighborhood where you can not afford a house. You may have amenities you couldn’t afford otherwise. For example, swimming pool, underground parking, tennis courts and a small gum. Monthly fee regarding maintenance, property tax, insurance ....
