I am presenting this to the council in order to propose a feasibility study on Driving Tests and the Elderly. I believe that it should be a law requiring people over the age of 70 to take a driving test every 4 years. From this proposal I hope to get the support and back ....

.... when in fact we are letting the elderly who have long passed they’re driving keep on the roads. Along the lines of qualifications I am an experienced driver with three near accidents due to an elderly driver. One of these times almost resulted in me hitting a pedestrian with my car.
