In Crime and Punishment, Fyodor Dostoevsky develops a character with a split personality. Rodion Romanovitch Raskolnikov is a high strung, complex man. Throughout the novel Raskolnikov undergoes many changes brought about by many different things. Dostoevsky uses complem .... Part II of Essay .... about the crime. The other side of his character, the warm compassionate side, operates without an interfering thought process.
